You can input your business partner's data into Paper to simplify recording invoices and other business transactions. Here's how to add partner data to your Paper account :
Click the Partner menu on the left, then click Create New Partners button in the top right corner.
You will then access the partner data form. Fill it out according to these instructions :
The text "Sync Partner to MyInvois" will appear if you've integrated your Paper account with MyInvois. If not, this option won't show up.
Choose your Partner Type: whether they are a Supplier, Client, or Client & Supplier.

Phone Number (for sending activities notifications, such as invoices)
Business Nature and Activity
Country
State/Province
City/Town
Address Line 1
ID Type
ID Number
Tax Identification Number (TIN)
Optional Fields (as shown in the image below) :
Email (used for sending activities notifications, such as invoices)
Postal Code
Address Line 2
SST Number
Tourism Tax Registration Number (TTX)
If your partner has a Point of Contact (PIC) or multiple contact information within the same company, you can add this data in the Contact Information section. This additional contact information can be used as the Contact Person (UP) when creating your business documents.
Once you have filled in all the data, click Save, and your partner data will be successfully created.
You can also modify existing partner data. Simply select one of the existing partners, then click Action, and choose either Edit or Delete.
